We hand curate our data, it is the only way to ensure quality and accuracy. We validate emails, provide LinkedIn URLs, and focus all data within your ideal client profile. You will see all data before we engage with it and initially, we will ask for your approvals on all files before enrolling them into our cadences.  

We are looking to identify what we refer to as True Hand Raisers. These are DMs or influencers, contained within your ICP that have engaged with your offer and replied to show an interest. We then confirm that interest and get them over to your team for the sales call. As we understand not every deal will close, we are looking to generate a forecastable pipeline based on high quality, sales ready, conversations.  

For Sales Qualified Leads MarketJoy prides itself on being a dynamic partner. On a flat PPL we are always the same marginal cost. When we operate on an agency model, the more we deliver, the lower your CPL goes and the more we help widen your overall margins.  

We operate out of a proprietary platform that allows us to manage our cadences and collect the data points we need. After each lead introduction we will send the full company details over for inclusion in your CRM. If you give us access, we can do that for you.  

We are a HubSpot partner and work closely with them. We are licensed to provide additional marketing automation and workflows within your instance to help further solidify your lead generation and sales pipelines. 

After engagement we can send these contacts over in a csv file for easy upload into your CRM.  

It depends on what you prefer. Some of our partners want us to forward them the positive responses and some prefer we schedule a meeting on their calendars. Whatever hand off process works for you will work for us.  

That is great as you understand the value of outbound. That being said, having more than one channel identifying outbound opportunities is not redundant. The diversification of pipelines leads to business continuity and a steady flow of calls for your sales team. We have processes in place for reminders prior to each scheduled call and we will follow up on any contact that does not show for the scheduled call.  

We want it to be as seamless as possible. MarketJoy remains invisible so that your team does not have to explain who we are first. We reach out as an extension of your company.  

There are two options 

    • ONE: You have your team setup emails for our SDRs 
    • TWO: We setup a lookalike URL and setup emails for our SDRs on that

 

Generally, option two is preferred but both options are equally effective 

Ongoing. In addition to campaign training all of our SDRs started by setting meetings for us. They then graduate to client facing campaigns. Campaign training includes playbook review, mock-calls, recorded call reviews, and ongoing coaching.  

Of course. Once we head into onboarding you can certainly meet with the SDRs.  

As per our core belief of performance through diversity, we have resources globally. Our Calling Channel SDRs are located in three locations; India, Columbia, and the United States depending on what plan you select when speaking with your Sales Strategist.

As each project is unique, there are some KPIs we always seek to target first and foremost: 

      • Email: 20% open rate, 10% reply rate 
      • Phone: 8-10% contact rate, 15-20% conversion rate    

As we cannot predict what companies will have projects, our goal is to stay in front of them with your brand and educate them on the value you bring. We only send true hand-raisers so only those contacts that reply of their own free will are introduced to your team. These are the ones that need your services now and we will stay in front of new projects as they surface.
